Recycling Guidelines
Segregate completely from standard wrot alloys like Inconel 718 (Inconel 713 contains significantly higher aluminum content).
Must be processed under vacuum remelting (VIM) due to reactive element content (Aluminum and Titanium).
Free of iron contamination, ceramic investment mold remnants, moisture, oil, and oxides.
Positive Material Identification (PMI) / XRF and optical emission spectroscopy verification required prior to induction melt blending.
