Material Overview

13-8 PH (UNS S13800 / AMS 5629 / XM-13) is a premium martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel. Produced via vacuum induction melting (VIM) followed by vacuum arc remelting (VAR) or electroslag remelting (ESR), it offers high strength, superior fracture toughness, and resistance to stress-corrosion cracking.
